Level 2 Graduated Driver License Requirements

No more than one, under 21-year-old passenger UNLESS:

• Passenger is an immediate family member.
• Driving with a parent, legal guardian, or designated adult over 21 years old.
• Traveling to, from, or in the course of employment.
• Traveling to or from an authorized activity

Cannot drive between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. UNLESS:

• Driving with a parent, legal guardian, or designated adult over 21 years old.
• Traveling to, from, or in the course of employment.
• Traveling to or from an authorized activity.
